Architectural Visualization

We mainly provide services such as architectural visualization, animation and product visualization. Architectural visualization or Arch Viz is a broad term that describes “seeing” architectural design before it’s built. It encompasses everything from basic sketches to more sophisticated 3D renderings and interactive virtual tours. Builders, architects, real estate agents and interior designers use architectural visualization to sell their products and services. Design and construction is an expensive process. Any change to layout or materials when construction is underway means extra cost, so the industry wants clients to have an accurate vision of a home or building before the first shovel hits the ground. Design changes are easier and less expensive for the architect than with hand drawings. Builders can avoid expensive mid-project changes. And clients get a realistic image of the final product, allowing them to understand and move forward with the project.

Basic sketches and floor plans used to be the most common way for architects and builders to describe, market and sell their homes and buildings, and they still have a place in the industry. But 2D drawings and plans don’t always translate to buyers. It can be difficult to grasp how one room flows into another or what the building looks in the context of its surroundings. Advancements in technology and computer graphics have shifted the momentum toward 3D architectural visualization. Images and motion pictures are better than words at securing sales, and they give the client a clearer representation of what they’re buying.

Product Visualization

Product visualization is a good and inexpensive way to present offer, for example on company web page. Photography is not always the best choice- it`s expensive and time consuming. Promoting a product using photography requires hiring a skilled, professional photographer, a studio, graphic correction and others. When the offer rapidly expands, the company needs to take care of unifying its product presentations. Photographs should be done in the same way with the same post production. When the concept changes, the process starts from the beginning. The disadvantage of traditional photography is that once a picture is taken, you can`t change its point of view, direction of light and the color modification is limited.

3D visualization is a creation of faithful in terms of proportion and materials model in virtual space. The advantage of this solution is the possibility of arranging any studio, lighting, background. The boundaries are set only by the human imagination. Selected parameters for environment will not change, no matter from which point the shot is taken. Depending on the client`s needs, we can edit parameters of the product itself, as well as the background environment, and render the graphics from scratch, in new arrangement or colours. All illustrations, made as 3d visualizations, showing different series of products on the page, will definitely be presented coherently and attractively.

Animation / Film

Short commercial 3d movies are the best tools to present new projects, products or even ideas. The way they are made is taken directly from traditional, cartoon animation. It`s a series of one image after the other, at least 24 times a second. To prepare an animation for the customer, first we try to make a storyboard with all information that needs to be in the animation. After getting permission, the “visualizer” prepares preview shots of the presented area, interior or object. When we show it to the client, and have our final shots chosen, we make it more detailed, render and cut with the help of professional software. Using specialized software, we add contrast, correct colors, and make transitions between shots. Finally, we add music, to set the proper mood, narration if needed, text messages etc.

360 Degree Virtual Tours

Virtual tour is a panoramic view or video simulation of an existing place that can be viewed online, often for travel or vacation-related research. A virtual tour is usually a collection of panoramic images that are played in sequence to view like a moving video with added sound and text effects, or a virtual tour may use models in place of real-life video and images.

Augmented and Virtual Reality

Augmented Reality is a live direct or indirect view of a physical, real-world environment whose elements are augmented (or supplemented) by computer-generated sensory input such as sound, video, graphics or GPS data. Architects can use the technology to experience the interior of a building when it’s still at the earliest stages of design, or project digital information onto architectural models. Unlike virtual reality, which creates a completely immersive virtual environment, augmented reality overlays digital content onto real-world imagery. For architects, this means they can experience the interior of a building when it is still at the earliest stages of design. It also allows them to project digital information onto architectural models. This solves a problem architects encounter getting a project from screen to physical space.
